Jennifer Hicks
Jennifer Hicks ist eine 1988 in Washington, Tacoma, geborene Berlinerin, welche mit abgeschlossenem Interface-Design-Studium 2016 bereits an Service-, Storytelling-Apps und Mini-Spielen mitgearbeitet hat.
Seit 2013 ist sie unter dem Pseudonym „justonewing“ im Netz verbreitet und nun seit Mitte 2017 auch Vollzeit als freischaffende Illustratorin, Comic-Artist und Grafikerin für unterschiedliche Firmen und Projekte unterwegs.
Zusätzlich hat sie für die Open Knowledge Foundation Deutschland e. V. im Rahmen der „Demokratielabore“ das Brettspiel „Invasion der Cybertrolle“ entwickelt und arbeitet nebenher für die Initiative Creative Gaming e. V. im Bereich Game Design mit Kindern und Jugendlichen an der Umsetzung und neu Gestaltung von eigenen Spielen, kreativen Ideenentwicklungen oder auch mit Comic- und Zeichenworkshops.
Ihr erster Kurzcomic „Mutprobe“ befindet sich in „JAZAM! Schreckgeschichten“ und wurde 2018 beim Internationalen Comic-Salon Erlangen veröffentlicht. Andere Arbeiten kann man unter justonewing.de einsehen.
